Copyright and DMCA Policy

TechStack Consulting LLC ("CRUZIER," "we," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects members to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement on CRUZIER and how we respond.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on CRUZIER infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on CRUZIER (e.g., a profile name, screenshot, or in-app link).
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@cruzier.io including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Travis County, Texas, if you are outside the United States). Upon a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.

Repeat infringers

CRUZIER will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of members who are repeat infringers.
